In reply to John. I have been researching the differences between the 2k products and the more traditional paint products. I have started wearing a spray suit and a full face respirator for using these products, and it's definitely something that goes beyond your usual paint products. Milesi offers a 1k version of their product that while not quite as durable as the 2k, is still a step up from more mainstream products out there, but without the toxicity worries. Great question!

Hi, Jenny, the cabinets look great. Given that this might be your first use of this product, did you consider the toxicity of the Milesi waterborne polyurethane, especially inhalation and skin exposure, relative to waterborne alkyd or other finishes? I have not yet been able to find an SDS for the product on line so I am having difficulty assessing its relative toxicity, especially for my do-it-yourself use. Thanks!
