Thank you for showing that it is possible to hide a sump pump in a cabinet!! we’ve had a similarly frustrating experience and already had a similar built in and now they want to put the sump pump on that wall. My husband thought I was nuts for wanting to hide it under the bottom cabinet.

hi there. i had leathered quartzite just installed in the kitchen. would this sealer work on that also? will it make it appear shinier than what it is when it dries? thankyou!

In reply to Jenny. Do you have pictures of Canvas Tan cabinets or did you end up doing yours? That’s the color a color specialist (Jacob Owens Designs) recommended for our cabinets with Santa Cecilia granite. It’s hard to find picture!

Your floors look beautiful, and they SHOULD for $17.72 per square foot. I need almost 5000 square feet. Your article got me SO EXCITED that I finally found the right floor for me that I had them send samples. Sure enough it was just what I was looking for other than the extremely high price. I have a 8000 square ft house and I have looked at every store imaginable in the DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia area, including some very high end brands, and nothing else I looked at was nearly as expensive as this. Your article really should let people know that this flooring is $17.72 a square ft which makes it unattainable for most people. I consider myself able to afford very nice things, but this floor installed would cost me approximately 115,000. Maybe you should have made a deal with Cochran Lumber to give people a discount, especially with such large quantities
