I've been stalking CL lately! Just missed a great black and white cowhide rug…I had already figure out 2 or 3 places to put it and someone else scooped it up. 🙁

Hilarious! The eagle holding the fish – now how have I lived without that??
I have been scouring CL for a friend lately and it's amazing the deals you can get.
I would love to buy one of the many secretary cabinets I see and paint it white, and paint the inside a fun color. Alas, I have no place for a piece like this, just want to make one over badly! They are so cheap on CL – I just saw one this morning for $75.

My absolute best Craigslist find, in Kansas City where I live, was our armoire we scored for our bedroom. It's huge, heavy and gorgeous. Basically brand new–it is Tommy Bahama solid wood armoire, and it weighs so much we had to hire movers that could barely get it up to our room. We only paid $225 for this beast with drawers inside, and room enough for our bigger flat screen TV I didn't want to look at, but my hubby wanted. After realizing what we'd found, because the guy didn't even know what he had, we looked it up online. It is on google for almost $4,000!!!! I don't know how this man had it or why he sold it so cheap, but I quickly paid him cash and took it!!! Lol. I now smile every time I see it! I know I'll never find anything like that again!
