Hard cooked eggs are my favorite. Takes about as long as the stove top method, but the shells peel so easily under running water with the instant pot. Shredded chicken is quick/easy and we like macaroni and cheese fixed in it. I prefer my oval slow cooker for bigger chickens but smaller ones work well in the IP. Friends swear the rice cooked in the IP is better than their rice cooker. Haven’t tried making yogurt but if you do, hope you’ll let us know! My husband bought a Ring video doorbell today. He’s been eyeing them for a few months and just couldn’t resist Amazon’s deal today.
