Looking for the right bed style and design for your daughter’s room is really challenging. Good thing you had the chance to talk to her and discussed this with her. Somehow you’ll know her idea of what she likes for her room. But in my opinion, whatever your decision will be, it will come out good because looking at all of your inspirations, you definitely have good taste.

Organization can make or break a house. I love what you've done with the place. Her closet is bigger than mine! Jealous. I can't wait to see it when it's all completed — a daybed would really do the trick.

I'm right there with you Jenny – there's a reason that my girls' rooms haven't appeared on my blog since moving! It seems like girls are often natural collectors (or at least mine are) and they end up with SO MUCH stuff in their rooms. I love your idea of the trundle bed – a great solution for a small bedroom. Crossing my fingers for you that you have some success at the outlets!

In reply to Lisa @ Shine Your Light. My almost 13 year-old son is asking for a bigger bed (he has a twin), so I'm thinking I'll give him her full sized bed once I find a trundle that I like. Darn kids need to stop growing so much!

What a bright fun room and I love the paint color, too! I used a trundle from Ikea for one of my client's daughters recently and they all LOVE it!! I need a closet intervention, the peg board looks like it could be a good solution for me, too! 🙂
