We all get distracted sometimes. Glad that you didn't have any major damage to your home. I'm enjoying a simple color palette in my Christmas decor this year. I, too, like to change it up a bit each year. I'm sure you will decide on what you want to use soon. There is so much inspiration out there!

And you know I'm a bog red lovah so it fits right in over here at Christmas, but I also love me some mixed metallics with greenery. You really can't go wrong – it's all so magical!

So sorry about your watery mishap. So glad it was just things. In the all scope of things so glad you listen to "that" before more damage could happen to your precious home.
I'm decorating in neutrals – think burlap and lace – with shiny hints that I'm planning to add with white sprinkles (sorry, don't know the correct name in English)… I'm wondering if I'm going for too boring but I have others I can thrown in for good festive measure.
And I won't go up to see the pics again in case I change my mind AGAIN ahahah
Thank you for sharing!

I'm going that way in my dining room. My mantle is going to be mostly mercury glass and I'm loving it.

Glad that nothing was ruined!!!

We have all been there – a product of always multi tasking as mothers!
Love the classic red and green color scheme…..so festive.

I'm loving the traditional reds lately though:)
