I have to agree with you Sarah – such a welcoming exterior! I really enjoyed this Homearama – I found things that I loved in every house. So hard to choose a favorite!

I visited the same Homearma and just blogged about it today. I have to say this home was my favorite for its exterior design. It's nice to find another blogger in the area who has a love for great design. I look forward to checking out your posts on the other homes!

I would have to say the Mudroom, Laundry room and then maybe the sunroom. I prefer a more traditional feel. Not into the painted blingy walls or ceilings at all. Can't wait to see what's next!

Okay, I must have that sun room! Beautiful! I noticed they used a lot of darker colors on the walls. I am looking forward to what the next homes look like! I live for house tours!

Overall, this house seemed far too large for my taste. However, there were aspects of several rooms that appealed to me. That being said, my favorite room was the sun porch. If this were my house would spend as much time in that space as possible!
