You know, I really have always been a fan of cross hatching style patterns when it comes to flooring, tiling, and even blankets and clothing. The first bathroom looks extremely cultural and cozy, though the white one screams of fancyness

I would have to agree. Of course it's nice, but doesn't stand out as extra special. Whomever buys it needs to amp it up with moldings and beautiful furnishings.
