I would base your cabinet color on your hard finishes – countertops and floors. Wall color can change, but those are going to be where your cues should come from when it comes to choosing cabinet colors.

My kitchen is in south facing. Do u think snowbound cabinet looks good with balboa mist and white subway tile?

For people who want to know about the tile, it looks similar to Chloe (Bedrosians).

I always do thorough prep and priming, regardless of whether I’m spraying or brushing/rolling. I think entertainment centers are probably more easily done when they’re sprayed, but they are probably one of my least favorite things to paint! You can check out my cabinet painting tutorials for my prep steps – the same holds true for entertainment centers. 🙂

I’ve been trying to decide if I should brush or spray. What prep did you do for spraying? Also, did you use a primer?

This was a customer kitchen – not sure where it was purchased.

It’s really gorgeous, isn’t it? It’s a subway tile that is in several shades of gray. If memory serves, it was solid, just different shades of gray that gave it some extra interest.
