Bathroom Artwork

Hello Friends!

I actually completed my bathroom artwork last week (can you believe it?), but I blame work and my new Kindle + “The Hunger Games” for not posting about it sooner.  The premise of the book is really dark, but after hearing how riveting it is from many people (adults), I surrendered.  It’s been awhile since I’ve been that enthralled in a book – so I enjoyed it (and am now well into the second book). 🙂

To get your wheels turning about bathroom artwork – here are some great inspirational ideas.

What kid doesn’t need some friendly reminders?  I would need another one that said “Ready, Aim, Flush” for my boys.

Adorable kid’s artwork in a kid’s bathroom – perfect!

Cool vintage print to match the vintage style..

And who can resist a sophisticated gallery wall in the bathroom?

And what a pretty piece of art to stare at while soaking in that amazing tub!

I love this pretty pop of orange in this bathroom – such a nice feminine touch to a modern bathroom.

So classic and timeless – feels more like a regular room in the house vs. a bathroom, doesn’t it?

And now to throw my bathroom artwork into the mix.  I have had this print for longer than I even care to remember.  I love it – so fun and whimsical – perfect for a kid’s space.

But then I just about choke when I get a “custom” framing quote (even with a 60% discount!), and the poor print stays in the closet.  But it has come out of the closet baby!  I’ll give you the lowdown on how I did it, but for now, let’s just admire how cute and pretty it looks in the kids’ bathroom, shall we?

I’m realizing now that it’s up, that I could stand to add some more artwork to the space, but give it time.

I still think I should hang one of these in the bathroom – to reinforce the Hanging of the Bathroom Towels…

I was thinking of starting my daughter's bathroom makeover and adding her artwork there. She has so much and it seems like a good place to put them.

That looks really cute, Jenny! I just added a print to my kids' bathroom, a room I've been working on here and there and one of these days need to post on. Love all these fabulous inspiration pics you shared! EVERYone is talking about the Hunger Games…..I need to read those books!
