Hello friends!
I know I’ve been sparse, but it’s only because I’ve been busy. I just finished another kitchen (which I will be sharing soon), and I’m starting on another one tomorrow. It’s already gorgeous, but the homeowners are putting their stamp on it to make it their own. This kitchen redo is going to be especially fun since I’m doing a two tone color scheme in two shades of gray.
Repose Gray (Sherwin Williams) on the top cabinets:
Just like my friend Cyndy used in her gorgeous craft room:
And Gauntlet Gray (Sherwin Williams) on the lower cabinets:
It’s going to be a great transformation!
Plus, baseball season has started, which means that I can be found driving kids to games and/or at the baseball field in the evenings. But, I love it and I know someday I will miss the craziness that baseball season brings.
And I’m participating in the One Room Challenge. Because that’s how I roll.
But, let’s get on with the backyard progress. Perhaps I should have made this my One Room Challenge project since we hired out the work and I could take photos of the progress. Obviously, I didn’t think this thing out.
Here is the backyard before we started:

And as it stands now – with the new pavers installed:
We still need to meet with the landscape architect to discuss the plans, but I’m trusting that it will look good when it’s all said and done. I just want lower maintenance than what we had with the pond, and anything has to be better than all that entailed. So, we’re finally getting to the pretty stuff – my favorite. 🙂
What are you working on right now?
