I mentioned in my Friday 5+1 from last week, that I made a visit to Waco and got to see Magnolia Market at the Silos up close and personal. It is really worth the trip if you’re even remotely in the area, and seeing it was just like stepping into one of the Fixer Upper homes that Chip and Joanna have transformed. No detail was overlooked, and everything there truly reflected the brand that they have created. Here’s to a day at Magnolia Market!
The exterior of Magnolia Market is as thought out and as beautifully appointed as the inside. Plenty of room to roam around, and planned with family in mind.
There is a great outdoor area, made for getting romping around and keeping busy so that you can take your time and shop.
Outdoor toys are provided, free of charge, and there are food trucks galore!
Even the bathrooms are pretty.
The plants and outdoor decor was autumn ready.
Once inside, you can see that it is equally impressive and as though Joanna herself had been in there putting the space together.
I mean, how can you not just love this?
Can you see these giant whisks in this photo? So whimsical and fun.
All of their displays are styled to draw you in from the beginning.
The attention to detail is so much fun – so pretty.
Even their magnolia wreath display leaves me rethinking the way I style things in my own home.
Some cute metal signs against a dark shiplap backdrop.
Then we made our way into the “Silo” portion. Wow.
Of course, I was completely sucked in by the paint display.
Even the paint is perfectly styled.
And I told you that they thought of everything – including large sized paint sample swatches. 🙂
A section with lots of signs for your choosing.
More cute ideas from the show – I always loved this idea for a kid’s art station.
Metal letters, galvanized troughs, glass decor and yummy smelling candles.
The men aren’t forgotten here – a section for the guys at Chip’s Corner.
I should also mention that there is a Fedex Shipping station here. Brilliant!!! So, no reason not to buy while you’re here – they’ll ship it for you on the spot!
By the time we made our way to the bakery, it had started to rain – but not to worry, they had ponchos for us so we wouldn’t get wet while we waited in line (as the line was outside at that point). But again, the details. A quick peek inside (it was crowded, so bear with me):
Even the box for my cupcake was adorable, and the cupcake was in a little plastic holder inside so it wouldn’t get crushed.
I walked out with a t-shirt, a tea towel and a bath bomb (for my daughter), and if I had more time, I think I would have walked out with more. I’m so glad that I got a chance to visit Magnolia Market at the Silos – it is worth the trip! If you can’t get to Waco, you can always shop online here at Magnolia Market at the Silos.
Have you been to Magnolia Market? I’m already wondering what it will look like all dressed up for the holidays!

October 9, 2017 at 10:11 amI always love seeing pictures of Magnolia and the Silos. Hard to believe just a few short years ago when my daughter was finishing up at BU, that they were just a rusty mess sitting on an abandoned chain link fenced lot!
