It’s that time of year my friends – Homearama time! This year’s show kicks off in just five days, and it’s going to be off the hook! (I’ve been stalking the Homearama page, so trust me, it’s going to be good). I’m giving away four tickets to readers who are in the Dayton/Cincinnati area too, so you’ll get to enjoy the fun as well. I thought it would be fun to look back at my five favorite Homearama kitchens over the years as we get ready for this year’s show.
Homearama Kitchen #1
This kitchen was from 2016, and to this day it’s one of my favorites. A classic, beautiful kitchen (and a beautiful home for that matter), that is timeless and will last through the years.

Homearama Kitchen #2
Another Homearama favorite of mine was from last year. This was a house that I could have moved right into without changing a thing – the color palette was my idea of perfection.

Homearama Kitchen #3
This kitchen goes back to 2014, but it’s classic style and open floor plan still resonates today. I love that it has only one dining area that would serve dual purpose for casual meals or for a large holiday dinner.
And this pretty living area off of the kitchen isn’t too shabby either. A really open and livable floor plan.

Homearama Kitchen #4
This kitchen was part of a smaller fall Homearama that is nearby. This house was huuuuge (a bit too large for my taste), but I did love the kitchen. It was built for parties and entertaining, and I can always get behind that.
And it did have this stunner of a staircase when you came in the front door.

Homearama Kitchen #5
Then there was this kitchen from last year. While it’s so grand, I can’t imagine cooking in it, it sure is a feast for the eyes, isn’t it?
Beautiful leaded glass detail too.
And in case you ran out of space, there was the gorgeous butler’s pantry too.

Now that I’ve done a Homearama warm-up, let’s get on with the giveaway! If you’re in the Dayton/Cincinnati, Ohio area, please enter to win four tickets for this year’s show.
Like I said, I’ve been following the progress on social media, and it’s going to be a stunner. Here is a peek at one of the homes from this year’s show.
I can’t wait!

July 17, 2018 at 2:30 pmLooking at houses, taking in the design style and floor plan layout, is one of my favorite pastimes. I love imaging an endless budget that would allow me to implement the styles and colors into my own home. I would love to win tickets. Homerama has become a summer tradition.
