Hello!
I’m sorry I’ve been on the quiet side – that definitely has not been the case here in my home! In fact, I’ve been the opposite of quiet in putting up this bathroom chandy from hell. Suffice to say, I have met my quota for swear words in getting this blasted thing installed.
I think my husband and I were seduced into thinking it would be easy with a name like “conversion kit”. Those words make you think it’s a simple process, right? After all, something that comes in a “kit” shouldn’t be something that’s difficult. It would have been more aptly named the “Canned Light Electricity Experiment – Not for the Patience Impaired”.
But, name aside, it’s UP. And it’s pretty!
I’m “this close” to showing you the completed room, but had a brainstorm idea at the end of the day that I’m working on now (and I’m hoping it’s not an epic fail). So, I’ll share the big reveal tomorrow – just in time for this month’s “Room Evolution” party!
In the meantime, here are some other, more beautiful, bathrooms featuring chandys of their own. Who can resist a chandy in the bathroom?
Come back tomorrow for the full reveal and be ready to share your latest room evolutions! I’m looking forward to seeing them!

February 27, 2012 at 2:09 pmOh my gosh, these bathrooms are so gorgeous, they make me want to take a sledgehammer to my own! Your chandelier looks so great! I'm bummed to hear the conversion kit was anything but easy….I have to move my lantern light over my dining table where there is a can light and I was thinking I would whip that one out by myself this week! Maybe not! 🙂
Getting my post ready for tomorrow's party!

February 27, 2012 at 4:42 pmYou find the best pictures!! Love your light, I've wondered about those conversion kits before. No? I bought a crystal beaded pendant chandelier last month for over the tub, but there is no outlet currently. I've been trying to convince hubby to explore the attic and see if he can't run some electric 😉

February 28, 2012 at 1:22 amWe have the same chandelier as the first one! It was in our house when we bought it and it's one of the few things I still like 5 years later.
