Hello Friends!
Things have been busy around here – all in a good way – lots going on, which means there will be a lot to share. 🙂 We have a Bobcat in our driveway, which means that The Pondstrosity Removal Project will commence soon. As in, tomorrow. I shared our plans last year, and why it’s a pondstrosity here, so it will be exciting to finally get this project rolling.
As a refresher, this is what we are getting rid of in The Pondstrosity Removal Project. Hoping to make this area much more livable and functional when it’s all said and done. Right now it serves as our dog’s giant water bowl.
I’m also working on a great kitchen transformation, which is shaping up beautifully. I love how kitchen projects like this come together quickly at the end, but for now, I’m channeling my inner Dexter with the help of my new Zipwall. This thing is amazing and I can’t wait to share more about it. I put up this barrier wall to prevent overspray in a matter of minutes, and the handy little zipper is super easy to add as well. Big time saver.
This kitchen is going to look fantastic when it’s done! You can already see how much brighter it’s going to be, even with just the frames painted so far.
Crappy iPhone photo, better ones to come, I promise.
I’m also working on this lovely lady for a bathroom remodel for my friend Kelly, whose house was featured in my first House Stalking Series tour. Part One is here and Part Two is here, in case you missed it. She shared some wallpaper options she’s considering, and I’m in love – which says a lot given the depth of my wallpaper removal experience.
First she sent me this one – beautiful, right? Perfect for a Jack and Jill bathroom shared by two girls.
But then she shared it in gray. Shut. UP.
I told her if she didn’t use the gray wallpaper, I might have to steal it for myself.
What are you working on these days?
